Performance Gummies
Build around meaningful doses, active compatibility, texture, flavor, and the processing realities that come with performance-focused ingredients.
The Formula Gets Hard When Everything Starts Interacting.
Dose, flavor, processing, stability, and ingredient behavior do not fail independently. Chaé’s development work is about understanding what each decision changes in the finished gummy.
Higher loads can push texture, flavor, moisture, processing behavior, and serving size.
Dose · Texture · ProcessingBitterness, metallic notes, earthiness, acidity, and aftertaste have to be solved inside the formula.
Flavor · Sweetness · FinishAddition point, hold time, temperature, mixing, and manufacturing conditions can change ingredient behavior.
Heat · Timing · Scale-UpMoisture, texture, appearance, flavor, and active integrity all have to hold beyond the first sample.
Shelf Life · Moisture · VerificationProprietary actives and unusual combinations may need feasibility work before anyone should promise a commercial result.
Feasibility · Solubility · Testing · CommercializationOne Development Path. One Manufacturing Context.
Each stage changes what the next stage needs. Keeping the work connected reduces the handoffs between product strategy, formulation, scale-up, quality, and production.
Define audience, benefit, ingredient direction, dose, format, quantity, packaging, and commercial target.
WHAT ARE WE BUILDING?Build active load, base, flavor, texture, compatibility, stability, and manufacturing reality into one formula.
CAN IT WORK AS A GUMMY?Sample, taste, evaluate, and adjust until the product direction is ready to leave the bench.
DOES THE PRODUCT FEEL RIGHT?Evaluate the approved direction under production-relevant conditions and make commercial-readiness adjustments.
WILL IT SURVIVE SCALE?Move into repeatable production with quality systems, packaging requirements, and finished-product needs aligned.
CAN WE MAKE IT REPEATABLY?
Chaé Nutra’s development support, technical evaluation, sample work, scale-up, quality systems, and manufacturing all connect back to the same commercial product.
The Difference Is What Happens Before Production.
Chaé combines formulation, particle-size measurement, selected advanced processing, flavor development, sample work, testing strategy, scale-up, quality systems, and commercial manufacturing inside one product-development environment.
For selected active ingredients, Chaé can measure particle size with Microtrac light-scattering technology, process the material through a Microfluidics® chamber at 30,000 psi through a diamond membrane, and then measure the particle size again.
Particle-size reduction may be useful for selected ingredients and product goals. The value comes from being able to measure what changed and decide whether it belongs in the finished formula.
Clinical-strength thinking that still has to fit inside a real gummy.
When an active has useful clinical research behind it, Chaé can use that evidence to inform ingredient selection and clinically relevant dose targets where appropriate—then work through the practical question of whether that target can be delivered in a manufacturable gummy.
The manufacturing method is part of the formula.
Temperature, pressure, addition point, mixing, hold time, ingredient form, and scale can all change how an active behaves. Chaé evaluates process decisions as part of product development rather than treating manufacturing as a separate final step.
Technical tools matter more when the right people are using them together.
Chaé’s development work brings formulation, science, flavor, quality, and manufacturing perspectives into the same project. The goal is not technology for its own sake—it is a better path from concept through samples, scale-up, and commercial production.
More than equipment: a connected development environment.
Sample development, technical evaluation, packaging coordination, pilot and scale-up support, finished-product testing strategy, and commercial manufacturing can stay connected instead of being handed from one disconnected vendor to the next.
Is Chaé Nutra the Right Fit?
Pick the situation that sounds most like your project. The details on the right show where Chaé Nutra fits into that stage.
You do not have to squeeze the idea into a stock formula.
Chaé Nutra can start with the product goal, ingredient direction, target consumer, flavor, texture, and commercial requirements and develop the gummy around the project.
This is where development work actually matters.
Difficult actives, meaningful dose targets, bitterness, ingredient compatibility, heat sensitivity, and stability can all change what is possible in the finished gummy.
Get something real in your hands before commercial production.
Bench and lab-stage samples let the formula, taste, texture, appearance, and overall product direction be evaluated before the project moves toward full production.
A bench formula still has to survive real manufacturing.
Existing formulas can be evaluated for processing behavior, commercial feasibility, testing needs, and the changes required to move from a sample or another manufacturer into Chaé Nutra’s production environment.
The product is more than the gummy itself.
Packaging and labeling recommendations, production requirements, testing needs, and finished-product coordination can be worked into the project instead of becoming surprises after the formula is finished.
Built for products moving into real commercial volume.
Chaé Nutra’s listed minimum order is 150,000 gummies per product, making this a better fit for brands planning a serious first production run or an established product line.
Formula architecture, ingredient direction, dose, flavor, texture, and feasibility.
Bench work, tasting, texture evaluation, appearance, refinement, and approval.
Packaging and labeling recommendations coordinated alongside production requirements.
Pilot work, production-relevant evaluation, quality systems, and commercial manufacturing.
Proof Should Look Like Proof.
Facility standards and certifications matter because the product has to be repeatable, documented, and commercially ready — not just impressive as a lab sample.

The Questions That Usually Come Next.
Enough information to know whether it makes sense to start a conversation — without making you dig through another page first.
What is the minimum order?
The current gummy manufacturing minimum is 150,000 gummies per product. Final commercial quantities, packaging configuration, and pricing are worked through with the project.
Do I need to already have a formula?
No. Chaé can start with a product direction, active ingredients, dose goals, competitive benchmarks, or an existing formula. R&D is used to turn the approved direction into a manufacturable gummy.
Will I receive samples before production?
Yes. Lab samples are developed during R&D for review and approval. Chaé’s current process also includes a pilot run before full commercial production so the team can confirm the scaled product matches the approved direction.
Can Chaé help with packaging and labeling?
Yes. Chaé lists packaging and labeling support among its capabilities and can assist with recommendations and production coordination. If you supply your own container and closure, samples are needed so fit and target gummy count can be confirmed.
Can I bring an existing product or formula?
Yes. Existing formulas, products already on the market, and projects moving from another manufacturer can all be evaluated. Chaé still reviews formulation, processing, testing, packaging, and scale-up requirements before production.
How long does development take?
There is not one honest timeline for every gummy. Ingredient sourcing, formulation complexity, sample revisions, testing, packaging readiness, and pilot work all affect timing. Include your target sample and launch dates in the project brief so feasibility can be discussed up front.
